With our meditation classes they can be one on one, or in a small group.
Classes go for 5 weeks with a different technique learned every week.
Come and experience the relaxation of learning to breathe properly, visualise, and ground yourself.
Each session is half hour. Learn during the session and then practice during the week. Come back for the next session.
At the completion of the course, a manual and clear quartz crystal is given.
