Meditation is not difficult. It is not hard work. You do not need to sit cross legged on the floor, or under the full moon and chant anything.

Meditation is about quieting your mind, relaxing it and learning to bring a smile to your face. Taking you from a negative place where you may be right now – to a happier place that brings peace and tranquillity to your mind, body and soul.

That being said, here is an example of a very simple meditation that you may feel beneficial.

We can teach you different methods of meditation that will help you to find that happy and peaceful tranquillity that you need to quiet your mind. It is very easy and once you have mastered these techniques, you will be able to work on your own at a moment’s notice anywhere, any time.

Our meditation workshops are over 5 weeks and are one session each week. At the end of the five week workshop you will be given a manual as a record of your five weeks, and personal quartz crystal for you to keep.
