Everyone has the power of Divining. Some are able to “see” what is there, yet remains invisible to most of us. Whilst “seeing the future” happens to others, merely by looking in a specific direction, or “dreaming”, there are many different forms of Divination. Not everyone knows how to tap into this wonderful power and make it work for them. This is where you come to – Spirit Connections. We will help you to tap into your own powers so that you can become stronger and use them without fear or ferver.

For myself, I have been reading the Tarot Cards for so long, it is intuitive for me. I often see what is there as well as what is not there. Only with much practice and experience, faith and intuition can one ever be able to learn to read between the lines, to delve and see the secrets that the cards will bring to you.

Fortunately it is not as difficult as you may imagine, for, although there is much mystery behind the Tarot, not to mention the hundreds of different modern decks available today, the system of Tarot is as old as time itself. You will be shown in a short amount of time how to read these seemingly mysterious cards.

Bookings are essential for any workshop, so please contact us for your appointment or for further details. For a tarot reading workshop, prices do not include Tarot Cards as it is important that you choose your own (most often than not, they will choose you if you allow the force of The Universe to run it’s true course). So we also require the name of your Tarot cards so that we can create your individual manual appropriately.

There are three important workshops here, each one is as important as the other, however they really need to be taken in the correct order. Also are listed some of our other “Reading” workshops which we do at Spirit Connections that may be of interest to you. When you pass your Reading Workshop with Spirit Connections you must first be able to give your teacher a successful reading as well as one for yourself! A Certificate and Manual come with each workshop and they are all priced at $200.00 unless otherwise stated.

Learn to Meditate

We have been conducting meditation workshops for quite some time now. Everything has it’s basis from a core. In each and every person, our core is our mind. When our mind is not well, or out of synch we need to get back to who we really are and the one way to become re-centered and re-aligned is to meditate. Even if it is for five minutes, or less. Some people only need to breathe in and breathe out to allow the “breath” to centre, calm and re-align them in a moment of stress. They become centered again in two breaths. Others are able to cope by using simple visualisation exercises. . Believe it or not, it is that simple.

However, knowing a technique which will work for us is the difficult part, for not every technique and or method will work for each of us in the very same way. That is why it is necessary to practise daily meditation exercises that will allow us to become more centered and therefore in control of ourselves, our lives, and our future. We come to see more clearly what is really happening and what we really want. If what we want is not happening, then we are able to now do something in a positive way to make it happen the way we want to have it. Who says we cannot have our cake and eat it as well!!

When you take on one of our meditation workshops you will learn to become in control of your life and become more focused for where it is that you want to be and what you want to achieve.

Energy Healing

We are all experienced healers at Spirit Connections and aim to give you the best healing for your specific requirements. There is no set healing that we do for every individual who comes to visit us. Because every one person who comes to see us, needs healing for different reasons. Therefore as we begin our journey of healing with you, we open our energy centres to align with yours so that we are able to choose the healing method that will benefit you the most. We can only do this by first discussing your details. After discussing your details, we will decide on the best healing modality that will benefit you the most.

The most popular healing we offer is Reiki Healing. This can best be described as “Massage without touching”. Reiki is described thus: “Rei” comes from The Universal Spirit and “ki” comes from Life Force Energy. When we bring these to meanings together we have a very powerful combination. The Life force energy which is Universal. It comes from the Universe, it is within each and every one of us. In spite of the fact that it had been re-founded by Mikao Usui, it is really as old as creation itself.

How is Reiki Used?

An example of showing you what Reiki energy feels like. Try rubbing your hands together until you will feel friction between them. Before very long you will feel the heat in both hands. Now move your hands apart, say five centimetres apart. Then bring your hands together so that they are touching. Then move them apart.

Continue doing this until you feel the energy which may not be unlike a bubble of air trapped between your hands. You should be able to feel the energy drawing your hands together almost like magnets.

Imagine this kind of energy ‘rubbed’ or ‘smoothed’ around your entire body. Even with your clothes on, you will feel the effects of this positive energy. When a practitioner uses Reiki he / she will move along the patient’s body until some difference in body energy is felt. This is a clear indication of where the Reiki energy is needed. Then the practitioner will put his/ her hands closer to the patient’s body. Perhaps directly onto the patient’s body. Thus infusing the patient with the practitioner’s Reiki energy.

Reiki is not limited to the healing energies given to people. It is also given as spiritual and emotional healing. The Reiki energy is long lasting and has many benefits for the patient. It gets into the physical body and faciliates the ridding of toxins throughout the physical body. It is so powerful that an hour treatment by an experienced therapist may give up to a week’s relief for the patient. Of course this all depends upon the physical, emotional and or spiritual state of being for the patient. For some, daily treatments may be recommended, for others, or once a week may be all that is required.

Of course, we are also trained and certified in the healing energies of Seichim and Isis Seichim which is used to restore energetic fields within and without the physical and emotional body. These energy healngs are very intensive and may be given on their own, or as part of the complete healing process. The decision will be made at the time of initial consultation.

Reiki Level 1

This is the introduction to Reiki as a beginning to the healing of the Spirit, Mind, and Embodiment of the Soul. Meditation is important with Reiki, for you will need to learn how to control and direct the flow of energy to the area that needs healing. It is said that the Reiki energy “knows” where to go and how to heal. Whilst this is true, it is the Universal Energy of Reiki that does the work and this energy flows on to you through the meridians of your body and or to your patient who requires the healing energy in order to have his / her body, soul or spirit healed.

This is important when you think that most of that energy is going to come through your hands. They are the medium of your mind therefore the stronger and more focused your mind, the stronger, the power and the energy flow which comes through. The better the healing will be. You will be completely attuned to Reiki I during this session and will be given a manual to take home with you. With this manual, a brief history and knowledge will be passed on to you of Usui Shiki Ryôhô Reiki using the methods from Mikao Usui Sensei.

This level is priced at $200. A deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking.
